Who we are. SkyWashSolar ("we," "us") provides drone-based solar panel cleaning and inspection services. This policy explains what information we collect on skywashsolar.com and how we use it.
What we collect.
- Information you provide when booking or contacting us: name, email address, phone number, service address and ZIP code, number of solar panels, selected plan, appointment details, and any notes you include.
- If you begin a booking and select "Next," the details you entered are saved even if you do not complete the booking, so we can follow up and improve our service.
- If you join our service-area waitlist, we save your contact information to notify you when we serve your area.
- Basic technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) may be collected through standard website analytics.
How we use it.
- To schedule, confirm, and perform your service, and to communicate with you about your booking.
- To follow up on incomplete bookings and waitlist requests.
- To improve our website and services.
- We do NOT sell your personal information.
Payments. Card payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Sharing. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as our website, email, scheduling, and payment providers), and when required by law.
Your choices. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@skywashsolar.com. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion.
Retention. We keep booking and contact information as long as needed to provide service and meet legal obligations.
