SkyWashSolar Terms of Service

1. Services. SkyWashSolar provides drone-based solar panel cleaning and, where included, a visual condition inspection. Services are performed using low-pressure, deionized-water methods designed to be safe for solar panels.

2. Pricing and panel count. Prices are charged per panel at the rate of the plan you select. The final price is confirmed at your appointment based on your actual panel count — any difference between the panels you entered and the actual count will be charged or refunded. If you book without knowing your panel count, a $50 deposit reserves your appointment and is applied to your total; the balance is charged after the on-site count.

3. Scheduling, weather, and access. Appointments may be rescheduled by either party due to weather, unsafe conditions, or airspace restrictions, at no penalty. You agree to provide reasonable access to the property and a safe working environment.

4. Service area. SkyWashSolar serves customers across the United States and continues to expand. If your address is outside our current service area, we may collect your contact information to notify you when service becomes available in your area.

5. Cancellations. You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Deposits for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be retained.

6. Results. Cleaning removes accumulated soiling; actual energy improvement varies by system, site, and conditions. Savings figures shown on our website are estimates for illustration and are not a guarantee of specific results. Documented output measurement is included only where expressly stated (commercial service).

7. Liability. We are licensed, insured, and FAA Certified, and we perform services with reasonable care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Warranty of workmanship. If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, contact us within 48 hours and we will re-clean the affected panels at no charge.

9. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your booking applies.
